Are you Eating your Emotions?

Angry? Bored? Low? Feeling too Emotional? Does this drive you to EAT? Don’t take these emotions out on your Body. Food is meant to be Eaten and Emotions are meant to be felt. If we eat our Emotions, we may feel better in that one moment, but later end up regretting.
